Cat.#:   S211613
Product Name:   Anti-SYTL5 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Synonyms:   slp5
UNIPROT ID:   Q8TDW5 (Gene Accession - BC131585 )
Background:    The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the synaptotagmin-like (Slp) protein family, which contains a unique homology domain at the N-terminus, referred to as the Slp homology domain (SHD). The SHD functions as a binding site for Rab27A, which plays a role in protein transport. Expression of this gene is restricted to placenta and liver, suggesting that it might be involved in Rab27A-dependent membrane trafficking in specific tissues.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human brain tissue using 211613(SYTL5 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50(Cytoplasm).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 211613(Anti-SYTL5 Antibody) at dilution 1/50.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 211613(Anti-SYTL5 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/50.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D123264(Anti-SYTL5 Antibody) at dilution 1/50.
